We head to the Belgian city of Gent in the Flemish part of the country. A favorite local dish is Waterzooi - a kind of stew with chicken. We met up with one of the locals who gave us a taste of Gent. Chef Tom van Steenkiste gives us his recipe from the Belga Queen Restaurant.
