A German court convicts an SS assasin of murder for the killings of Dutch civilians during World War II

A court in the German city of Aachen has found an 88-year old former member of the Nazi SS guilty of murder on three counts. Heinrich Boere admitted the killings, but he said he was simply following orders. He's been sentenced to life in prison.
