Women are still a rarity in the construction industry. But for Laura Lammel, it’s her everyday life. She owns a Munich construction firm which she took over from her father. In the late 1990s, the company suffered under the collapse of the building industry, going from 120 employees to only eight. Today she has a staff of 16.
