Again no committment but yet more spin on the Euro for Britain

Three hundred million people - from the Arctic Circle to the Greek Islands - use the euro. The European single currency is circulating through twelve members states of the European Union, including Germany,France, Italy and Spain. But four and a half years after it was created, the euro is apparently still not good enough for Britain. The UK is one of only three EU member states that have so far remained outside the currency zone. And that situation is set to continue. Britain has just declared that it is not yet ready to hold a referendum on whether it should dump the pound in favour of the euro. From London Stephen Beard reports.
