American policy-makers have agreed on the outline of a 700-Billion-dollar bailout plan for banks that Congress will vote on later today. But will it be enought to reaasure the markets ? Under the plan, the US government will purchase the bad debt that's led to the toppling of some of the biggest financial institutions on Wall Street. +++MAZ+++
