The Austrian man who locked up his daughter in a cellar for 24 years, fathering seven children with her, could face life in prison. Josef Fritzl appeared in court on Tuesday where the presiding judge ordered him to stay in police custody pending further investigations. Meanwhile in the small town of Amstetten where the crime occurred, locals have held a vigil for the victims.
