The German military lost another battle in its fight to continue using an area near the town of Wittstock as a testing range for bombs. The Brandenburg Upper Administrative Court in Frankfurt (Oder) held up the decision of the lower administrative court in Potsdam, which ruled in favour of local residents who have filed several cases in an effort to put the range, known as "Bombodrom," out of commission. In this particular case, the court ruled in favor of the residents of Flecken Zechlin. With this ruling, the military will not be able to use the range until additional cases are decided.
