To Burma now, and the United Nations World Food Programme says less than a third of the neediest victims of cyclone Nargis are receiving the necessary aid. Burma's military junta is still restricting the flow of foreign aid and relief workers into the country. Some two and a half million people have been made homeless by the storm, and the official death toll now stands at over a hundred and thirty three thousand. On Saturday, Burma's generals invited international diplomats on a stage-managed visit to the worst affected area.
