Dozens killed in Argentina bus crash

A bus traveling in a convoy drove off a bridge in rural Argentina on Monday, killing at least 41 border guards who were on board and injuring several more.
The cause of the crash was still unknown, although officials suspect a tire might have blown out, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The bus, which was near the city of Salta, plunged about 65 feet (20 meters) and landed in a dry riverbed.
At least 10 officers were taken to a nearby hospital.
Argentina reacts
Argentina's newly elected president, Mauricio Macri, took to Twitter following the crash. "I want to send my condolences to all of the families of the gendarmes who died today in Salta. To our forces, all of Argentina stands with you," he wrote.
The country's security minister, Patricia Bullrich, traveled to the scene shortly after the incident. A local mayor said the road was in notoriously poor condition.
