Car bombs on Turkish-Syrian border kill 40

Two car bombs have blown up on Turkey's border with Syria, killing at least 40 people. Some Turkish officials suspect the blasts could have been planned by the Syrian regime since the town is home to many Syrian refugees who have fled the civil war.
