Caraballo, Frank

With more than 30 years of experience in Venezuela, Central America and South Florida, Carballo has held positions in the management, design, execution and operation of telecommunication networks as well as electronic data transfer and online banking solutions for pay TV, Internet and telephone companies. Additionally he has project management experience from PMI in information and communication technologies. Carballo also has 20 years of teaching experience in general technologies. His qualifications include an international master’s degree in open source software, an IESA degree in advanced management and a degree in systems engineering.
