Antiques enthusiast Jean André Priol has turned a 15th-century farmstead into a destination for outings just outside the city of Celle. The Findelhof, as he calls it, beckons with its cabaret stage, wine pub, and flea market, drawing collectors for a summer day in the countryside in Lower Saxony.
