Ireland horrified by mass grave

The Catholic Church in Ireland may be facing yet another major scandal involving children: 796 babies and toddlers were buried in a mass grave outside a home for unmarried mothers, run by Catholic nuns.

A local researcher has discovered the names and the causes of death of 796 children buried at Tuam, County Galway. The revelation has caused widespread revulsion in Ireland and across the world.

However, there has also been some anger in Tuam as residents have criticized the sensationalism surrounding the story.
