Chocolate trade fair opens in Brussels

This year’s Salon du Chocolat in Brussels takes place February 5-7. An array of international chocolate experts will be descending on the Belgian capital to present their sweet treats.

Chocolatiers, pastry chefs, food designers and countless industry representatives are gathering for the third time in Brussels for the Salon du Chocolat.

Visitors can look forward to workshops and lectures focusing on the wonderful world of the cocoa bean.

There will also be a fashion show on each of the three days, with clothes designed by chocolatiers – and adorned with confectionery.

The Salon du Chocolat is the biggest fair of its kind in the world, and also hosts shows in Paris, London, Tokyo, Moscow, Beijing and Cologne.
