Klaus Allofs has been sports director at Bremen for the past eleven years, and together with coach Thomas Schaaf, they have been one of the most successful managing duos in German football.

But this year, the wheels have come off. Bremen are out of international competition and the German Cup and are struggling to keep above the relegation zone. We talk to Allofs about how the team is trying to turn things round.
