Cuba: Is Castro's likely successor a reformer?

Cuba's national assembly is expected to name president Raul Castro's successor on Thursday. The country's next leader is likely to be Miguel Diaz-Canel, a long-time Party apparatchik. Opinions on whether he will bring great change to the country are divided. Eighty six year old Castro will step down in 2021.
