Welcome back... The Olympic games in China have drawn the largest TV audience ever. And one would think the popularity of this year's games would be a cash windfall for Beijing. But the reality is quite different. Foreign tourism is WAY down due to the high price of hotel rooms and visa restrictions. Most foreigners prefer watching the games on television.
