Dual Benefits - Stihl exports a German training system

Ideally, training for skilled workers is about not just theory but practice too. That's the basis of Germany's dual education system - and it's so successful that German companies opening factories overseas like to provide local staff with similar training. Stihl, a chainsaw manufacturer based in southern Germany, has exported the dual education system to the US.
