Ecuador: Death toll rising after quake

The most powerful earthquake in decades has taken 272 lives in Ecuador, with more expected. Worst hit has been the Ecuadorean Pacific coast, where towns have been reduced to rubble and badly needed medical facilities have been heavily damaged.
