If you want to take pictures with your smartphone and quickly share beautiful photos, you need effective tools for image editing. DW Digital is testing the most popular apps. This week: "Enlight"

"Enlight" is a versatile tool for picture editing. From simple photo retouching to double exposure: The app for iPhone and iPad leaves nothing to be desired and is very easy to use. In 2015, "Enlight" was voted iPhone app of the year in several countries and currently costs 4.49 euros. The successor app "Enlight Photofox" offers even more functions. However, the full version is only available as an expensive edition with follow-up subscription costs.

 

Pros:

- Versatile functions for photo editing

- Clear and intuitive interface

- Sound curves, memes, customizable filters and text-in-picture functions

 

Cons:

- The succeeding app "Enlight Photofox" is expensive in the full version

- Enlight lacks the active photo community of Flickr, Instagram and PicsA
