An Ethics enquiry has found Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin guilty of abusing her executive powers. Investigators concluded that the Republican candidate for vice-president unlawfully sacked the state's top law-enforcement official after he refused to fire a state policeman -- who was involved in a bitter divorce with Palin's sister at the time.
