The locals there are proud that their city-state Bremen dates back to the 8th century. We check out the market square which is dominated by the 600-year-old town hall. Other worthy sites are the statue of Roland and that of the Bremen Town Musicians. Below City Hall we also find one of Germany's oldest wine cellars.
