The 12th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice awards Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas its highest honor, the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement. Euromaxx looks back on his career.

Singer Riccardo Doppio

Italian born Riccardo Doppio has been dubbed the "Eros Ramazotti" of the Ruhr. He came to Gelsenkirchen with his mother and eight siblings aged eight. His father had moved there earlier to find work. The family is very musical - they formed the basis of a choir – but Ricardo is the only Doppio who made music a career.
