The Dutch government is slowly turning of the taps in Europe's biggest gas field after a series of damaging earthquakes. That's a big project in any case, but a few things make matters more complicated. 90 percent of Dutch homes use the gas and the government has long-term contracts to sell it to neighboring countries.
