The Irish government has recalled all domestic pork products from shops, restaurants and food processing plants - and bans on the meat are expected to be introduced by other countries. The contaminated meat may have been exported to as many as 25 countries. Up to19 farms in Ireland and Northern Ireland are believed to have used pig feed containing dioxins that can cause cancer.
