In Chile, we meet a businessman who's managed to convince the public that recycling makes sense. Fernando Nilo founded the company 'Recycla' without any state subsidies - it's the first electronic scrap recycling business in Latin America. His employees are people who find it hard to get jobs - whether because they're old or they lack qualifications. 'Recycla' provides them with in-house training.
