European Finance Ministers are endeavoring to assure jittery investors that they will do what's necessary to stabilize the financial system. Following a meeting of Eurozone ministers Monday evening, Luxembourg's Jean Claude Juncker said the group had agreed not to let any important EU financial institution fail. The finance ministers of all 27 EU members are meeting today and will likely give further assurances, possibly including a higher bank deposit guarantee.
