Foundation Created For Berlin Memorials

The German government plans to unite the new Holocaust Memorial, the Topography of Terror, the House of the Wannsee Conference and the German Resistance Memorial Center under the roof of one foundation named "Documentation of NS history". The new foundation will offer exhibitions and operate libraries as well as educational programs on the subject of Nazi-era Germany. While the four memorials are to keep their conceptual and scientific autonomy, the foundation will have a managing committee and its own council which will be in control of the memorials.
