Fulfilled or frustrated?

Two-thirds of all Germans are not engaged at work. A sixth of them can't stand their jobs, even if they earn well and have regular hours. Yet others love their work and can't get enough.

Even if they earn well, have regular hours and enjoy opportunities for advancement, many people are dissatisfied with their jobs. Others can't get enough of their work. They see their profession as a calling. What makes the difference between commitment and frustration at work?
