German investigators have made significant progress in busting an international child pornography ring. The Magdeburg Interior Ministry said on Friday investigators were currently investigating several hundred people across Germany suspected of producing and selling child pornography. It said police had raided more than 500 apartments across Germany, 24 of which were in the eastern German state of Saxony-Anhalt. Officials have confiscated thousands of photos, CDs, computers and videos. In one man's flat in Bavaria, a total of 26,000 indecent photos of children were found.
