We take a look at the success story of one small exclusive ceramics company that began in 1991. It began with a group of people who were part of a job creation scheme.

They were commissioned to make simple ceramic elements, based on existing models, for castles and palaces in need of restoration. The demand turned out to be so huge, that the group leader Thomas Grzimek set up his own firm.
