Grilled Halloumi Cheese

Ingredients:

400 gr Halloumi cheese
10 ml olive oil
freshly squeezed lemon juice
100 gr cherry tomatoes
fresh oregano leaves

Preparation:

Cut the Halloumi into thin slices and marinate in olive oil and lemon juice. Grill over charcoal until lightly browned.

Grilled Shrimps Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients:
1kg peeled shrimps
250 gr bacon
4 wooden or metal skewers
salt
pepper
fresh lemon juice
olive oil

Preparation:

Marinate the prawns in olive oil and lemon juice, push onto a skewer and grill over charcoal for 10 minutes on each side.
