How influential are Indonesia's Islamists?

On Thursday, Indonesia’s parliament passed an anti-pornography bill in the face of strong opposition from minority groups. The bill, now passed into law, has caused some concern in western countries as well. At the same time, Indonesia is about to execute three Islamic militants convicted for the 2002 Bali bombings.
