With Britain threatening to leave the European Union, questions about the EU's mission have never been more important. DW takes a look at how Brussels might reform the way it does business.

Whether through strengthening (or weakening) the EU Commission or by strengthening (or weakening) the democratic EU Parliament, questions abound as to how the EU can improve itself. Only one thing is for sure: It must be prepared to openly admit its failings.
