Inside Europe: Brexit talks in wake of German vote

Angela Merkel’s electoral setback has sent shockwaves right across the European continent; they have even been lapping up on the shores of the EU's most detached and soon-to-be-departing member state, Britain. The talks over the terms of the UK's exit from the EU have become hopelessly bogged down and the shock result of the German election hasn't helped. Stephen Beard reports from London.
