Inside Europe: Do elections mark a turning point for Italy?

Two populist groups have emerged as the main forces in Italian politics following last weekend's elections. The Five Star Movement has developed out of a protest group, and the League has stepped up to head the center-right. Keith Walker spoke with Reuters Chief Italy correspondent Crispian Balmer and started by asking him if these elections were a major turning point for Italy.
