EU leaders say Israeli government officials are "always welcome" in Brussels. But none had visited for 22 years before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived on Monday to attend a foreign ministers' meeting. The visit stemmed from a personal invitation by the Lithuanian foreign minister. But Netanyahu's appearance turned out to be the opposite of a "courtesy call" as Teri Schultz reports.
