Inside Europe: French wine and Chinese palates

Experts predict that by 2020, China will rank just behind Spain as the world’s biggest wine market, fuelled by both domestic production and foreign imports. That means training a new generation in the art of oenology, or the study of wines. Today, Chinese students are flocking to France to cultivate their palates and their business acumen. Lisa Bryant reports from Dijon.
