Leo Varadkar made waves internationally when he was elected Ireland's prime minister in June. As a gay man and son of an immigrant, he was breaking two glass ceilings in Irish politics. But now, there are growing criticisms that he's more style than substance and that his "Republic of Opportunity" is an empty sham. Don Duncan reports from Dublin.
