Last week at a summit in Ivory Coast, the EU and African Union promised to take swift action to clamp down on trafficking and enslavement, particularly in Libya. But stories of slavery in Libya have been known for months, with little effort to put an end to the horrors. Our reporter Megan Williams spent two weeks on the migrant rescue ship Aquarius, where she heard first-hand accounts of slavery.
