Inside Europe: Taking stock of the situation in Ukraine

German Chancellor Angela Merkel wants a renewed push for peace in eastern Ukraine as conflicting sides fail to live up to the Minsk agreements. Merkel said she hopes to relaunch peace talks after the Russian elections. Keith Walker spoke with Roman Goncharenko from DW's Ukrainian service and started by asking him to what extent the fighting in still ongoing.
