Istanbul attacker identified, many detained in Turkey

The Turkish government has identified the attacker of the Istanbul nightclub shooting, state-run media reported quoting Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu. At least 39 people were killed in the New Year Eve's celebrations.
