Khmer Rouge Jailor Weeps at Former Prison

The man who ran the Khmer Rouge’s most notorious prison has returned to the premises where thousands were tortured before being sent for execution. Duch, who was arrested in 1999 for crimes against humanity, showed judges and lawyers from the UN-backed genocide tribunal around the former S21 torture centre, which is now a museum.
