Landmine victims continue to suffer without adequate help

The global campaign to ban landmines generally is a story of success: Never before has there been so much money available for anti-mine-programmes. But when it comes to financing help for the victims of mines, the figures have dropped dramatically, as Claudia Witte and Andreas Grigo report.
