Migrants hope to benefit German workforce

A Duisburg training center is trying to overcome the paperwork hurdles and prepare refugees for mechanical work. Germany lacks qualified workers but doesn’t lack bureaucracy. It’s a particular challenge as many of the applicants are without papers.
