Anders Breivik, the Norwegian man who's admitted to killing 76 people last week, was grilled for a second day by police in Oslo today. Prosecutors have appointed two psychiatrists to assess the mental health of the 32-year-old, and to determine if he is criminally responsible. Flags flew at half mast around Norway, as the first funerals were held for the victims of the twin attacks.
