Netherlands vote pits Wilders against Rutte

Almost 13 million people can vote in the Netherlands' parliamentary election. Right-wing leader Geert Wilders is in the fray with his populist Party for Freedom. The vote is the first of three major ones in Europe: France follows, and then Germany.
