Recent surveys here in Germany indicate 20 per cent of children between the age of 9 and 14 would like to undergo cosmetic surgery, ranging from nose jobs to breast enlargements. The statistics have prompted concern among health experts and some of Germany's politicians. This has resulted is new draft legislation to restrict youngsters from opting for unnecessary plastic surgery.
