Talks over the implementation of a deal on Iran’s nuclear programme are close to reaching an agreement. The Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says the discussions between the P5+1 group and Iran had found solutions for all points of disagreement. However, any prospective agreement would still need to be approved by the governments of all seven countries.
