Pulse: Break all the locks

In Delhi, female students are free to study, but many of them stay in hostels with strict curfews, and now they want this curb to their freedom to change. A group of female students have started the campaign Pinjra Tod, which means break the cage, to protest against what they see as the discriminatory rules in girls' hostels.
